Accreditation

Choosing an AVMA accredited program is a smart way to make sure that you are choosing a school committed to providing quality training.

Each Vet Tech Institute program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA).

Graduates of each Vet Tech Institute are eligible to take the Veterinary Technician National Exam, which is required to become a credentialed veterinary technician.

"Accreditation by the AVMA Council on Education (COE) and Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA) represents the highest standard of achievement for veterinary medical education in the United States. Institutions that earn accreditation confirm their commitment to quality and continuous improvement through a rigorous and comprehensive peer review.”
